At 2am last night a neighbor noticed someone messing around in the bushes across the street. He thought nothing of it, but remembered the vehicle as a white Kia. The suspect was placing a hidden camera in the bushes to later tell when the homeowner was leaving. At 11am the next day, the neighbor who lives on the 7400 block of Bernadine Ave in West Hills noticed the same vehicle outside the home again parked in a weird way as if the driver was going to leave abruptly. He then saw 4 masked suspects wearing all black breaking into the home and then hopping into the car and took off. They made sure to grab the hidden camera as they left in a white Kia.
