At midnight on 6-8-24 LAPD received multiple calls to 911 for dumpsters, trees and other things on fire in the area of Sherman Way and Canoga in Canoga Park. LAFD responded to multiple fires that were being lit within a block away from the other ones. 4 fires were found burning in the area. One burning at 7200 Canoga was two palm trees on fire. LAFD Arson is on scene investigating. 3 suspects on bikes were detained by LAPD Topanga Division 7029 N Remmet Ave, 7222 N Owensmouth Ave, 7200 N Canoga Ave
