At around 9:15 PM tonight, the LAFD responded to the area of 22560 Jeffery Mark Court, for a reported hiker rescue. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a 42 year old male hiker, who was naked and needed to be rescued. Aerial firefighting resources were also requested, and later hoisted the hiker. The hiker was then transported to a landing zone by the helicopter, where he was placed inside of an ambulance and transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Also, the hiker was reportedly last in contact with his friend at approximately 4 PM today.

LAFD responded by ground and air to assist. Rescuers made contact with the man, who had minor injures, and hoisted him from the remote location, and making a “short haul” to a nearby helispot (predetermined helicopter landing area), where he was transferred to an LAFD ambulance for paramedic assessment and transport to a local hospital for further evaluation.
