Valentine Day Pursuit Through LA

Last night on Valentine’s Day at around 10:50pm CHP West Valley engaged in a pursuit that started in Riverside County. The suspect had allegedly stolen a vehicle after assaulting his girlfriend and leading Police and CHP on a long pursuit through LA. CHP West Valley was able to PIT maneuver the vehicle on the 101 freeway near the Kanan exit. The vehicle hit a pole after loosing control. CHP took the suspect into custody. LASD Lost Hills Sheriffs also assisted with traffic control on the 101.
