At 9:04pm LAFD responded to a traffic collision at the intersection of Saticoy and Royer in West Hills. They found a single vehicle that crashed into a wall and knocked down a powerline and a street sign. The hydrant sprayed for over an 2.5 hours. Fire personnel on scene were unable to shut it off due to the high power and possible electrocution. DWP arrived onscene and were able to shut it off. Two persaian suspects (one male one female) were seen flee in the vehicle on foot. According to a witness on scene, he said the vehicle is traveling over 100 miles an hour when it tried to turn and hit the wall and powerlines. The geyser of water from the hydrant is shooting 200 to 300 feet in the air flooding the neighborhood. Saticoy is now open and the vehicle was towed
