At approximately 5:00PM resources from Santa Barbara City FD & Santa Barbara PD began evacuations near the area of De La Vina St & W Haley St stemming from an overflow of rain flooding from the mountains. The water was rising and flooding homes at an unpredictable rate prompting the evacuations. Mud could be seen covering the streets of Santa Barbara due to how much the water was overflowing. No other information was available at this time.
