At approximately 8:36 PM, 911 dispatch received calls regarding a shooting that had just taken place. 28 shots were fired hitting 2 cars and the front of an apartment complex. A black Kia Soul was seen fleeing the scene. LAPD Topanga division is investigating the shooting. A detective will be at the scene shortly.
