Fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers took to the streets to celebrate winning the World Series. Fans were partying in the streets on Sunset in Echo Park. The celebration quickly escalated when someone lit the bus on fire after lighting off fireworks inside. The CNG Metro Bus quickly burst into flames with a 600 foot flame that could be seen from the top of the bus. The bus uses compressed gas and there were multiple explosions on the bus. LAPD moved all of the fans off the streets after bottles and fireworks were shot at them. Lafd arrived on scene once the area was clear to put out the massive blaze. LAFD arson units are working with LAPD to determine who started the fire.
