An elderly woman was attacked by a young man at the Starbucks on Platt in West Hills. The suspect took off on foot after a striking the woman, the male was arrested on Haynes and kenwater street. The suspect said “I don’t care what you do, I’ll be out in an hour because of the zero bail law”. The male suspect was arrested by LAPD Topanga.
