Golf Cart Pursuit across the San Fernando Valley

At approximately 9:00PM LAPD began a pursuit with a man who stole a golf cart that was also in possession of a Sharp tool. The suspect also has a dog with him in the golf cart. After about 45 minutes the pursuit came to an end on Laurel Canyon & Oxnard St
