If anyone has any information on who this was driving, send me a message on Instagram @royolnews On Nov 30th around 8pm a white Chevy Silverado hit a parked vehicle and fled. The white truck has a large scrape on the passenger side door. The incident took place at Fallbrook at Victory in West Hills in a parking lot.
