A large brushfire started at the top of victory trailhead near Valley Circle. The fire is heading NW twords las Virgenes and Thousand Oaks area. I believe the fire is over 1000 acres at this time. The winds were approximately 50mph. A suspect was seen lightning fires and was arrested by LAPD for allegedly starting the fire.
