Officers from the LAPD West Valley Division were in pursuit of a white vehicle around 1:30pm on 11/23/24. The pursuit was heading Southbound on Mason when the pursuit vehicle struck cars in the intersection. The suspects vehicle flipped and landed on its side. A white Tesla was heading westbound on Saticoy when it was struck and the driver was killed instantly. Parts of the Tesla are all over the street. The other vehicles were heavily damaged. 4 vehicles were involved. 3 patients including the suspect were transported with injuries and one DOA. LAPD valley traffic division is investigating the crash. The area will be closed for a few hours due to the accident. 20500 W. Saticoy (Saticoy & Mason)
