At 3:39 PM on 12-28-23 LAFD received a report of a structure fire at 20334 w Alerion PL in tarzana. The fire originated from the garage and was allegedly started by a handheld drill battery that was charging in the garage. The fire was knocked down and put out very quickly, which stopped the spread of the fire from engulfing the garage.
