Water Main Break Destroys 8 Cars in West Hills

Incident Occurred on Vanowen just outside the Fallbrook shopping center. A woman contacted DWP around 12pm when she witnessed the street was leaking water. Dwp did not answer. 3 hours later it ruptured and caused damaged to at least 8 vehicles parked at fallbrook center. The water-main broke on Vanowen and was flinging rocks 150 feet into the parking lot.
